Did Anh Sơn say Cabramatta [La Vang]? Am I hearing things? Are my mind and ears playing tricks on me? Somebody pinch me! Lolz, I guess that's not needed! Jumping around, screaming, hugging each other... proved to me that it was reality.
I Remember I was sitting in this large room hearing 7th... 6th... 5th place called out... still there was no sign of Granville - Giuse Cảnh! Then it was time for 4th place... I sat there praying that it wasn't Granville, because I knew it would have meant alot to us to be in the top 3. Still 4th place wasn't Granville! I then sighed with relief! 3rd place? Is it time for Granville to be called out? No it wasn't! At that time I didn't know what to do but to scream. Then it was time for hạng hai (2nd place) ... silence... với 100 chấm (something) điểm... Cabramatta! I was ecstatic! I knew Granville could do it. It was just so unexpected! I could hear people from Granville screaming. I could see all of the kids smiling with joy. I could see Granville huynh trưởng, dự trưởng, Trâm and I hugging each other, giving each other hi-5's and cheering with HaPpiNesS. It was the most beautiful sight ever - and an everlasting experience.

This was just one of the things that touched my heart at Đại Hội. Another thing was when it was tuổi thơ's time to thi giáo lý. It touched my heart because of Thomas. At one point of the thi giáo lý Thomas cried. I guess he cried because he wasn't reaching his expectations. It was soooo cute to see a little boy cry because he didn't reach his high expectations. This even made me realise that even a little boy has expectations for himself and determination to reach it. Thomas has taught me a valuable lesson... 'To do everything with all your mind and all your heart. Don't do things only for the sake of it!' Anyways... don't you guys think Thomas is CutE?
Love Always... KhAnh... MaRia!
